Well, I did the upgrade to WordPress 2.5 today. The front end doesn’t look different (which is the way it should be. However the administrative end has definitely changed a lot, and will take some time getting used to. It’s a lot “slimmer” and you have to burrow down to find stuff.

Well, certainly one of the things I can do here is list web sites that I consider useful, and why. More than a just of links, but also why they are useful.

We will start with Google news. http://news.gooogle.com This is where I read my local “non tech” news. It’s probably not as good as Yahoo News (http://news.yahoo.com) but it’s easier for me to navigate. If you’re looking to get the headlines in two minutes or less, Google News is for you.

So, I hadn’t done anything at all with this site in months, so I decided it was time to “Blow it away” and start over.

So welcome to the new, but not so new looking mohnkern.com.

I haven’t decided what I’m going to do here yet, but I’m sure there will be some point to it.
